All fabrics (except panel fabrics) are sold by the half yard. To order 1 yard, enter “2” as the quantity. If you order more than one unit, we will cut the fabric as one continuous piece.
Khadi is a fabric handwoven from hand-spun yarn in India. The manual spinning process creates natural variations in the yarn, resulting in slight irregularities and nep that give the fabric its unique texture and feel.
The true beauty of Khadi can only be appreciated through use. Once you experience it, you'll notice the difference from machine-made fabrics—it feels as if your skin can breathe while wearing it.
This fabric is a versatile choice for a wide range of sewing and DIY projects, including:
- Garments like shirts, dresses, skirts and scarves
- Home decorations like cushion covers and bed linens
Note:
- This product is made from natural Indian materials and hand-spun with care. Due to the handmade process and its nature texture, slight dye variations, thread protrusions or dark streaks may be present.
Care Instructions:
- Colors may fade or transfer with water or direct sunlight. We recommend washing before use.
- Wash separately in cold water, as color bleeding may occur. Rinse thoroughly and dry in the shade immediately.
- Do not soak for long periods or leave damp.
- Avoid detergents with fluorescent brighteners, chlorine, or bleach.
- Do not use a tumble dryer.
- Some shrinkage may occur after washing.
- Use a low-temperature iron if needed.

FABRIC SAMPLE SHIPMENT
We ship our fabric samples via letter with a flat rate of $2 for both orders headed for the USA and Canada. Fabric samples that are ordered with fabrics will be packed with your order free of charge.
For orders only containing fabric samples, please allow up to one week for fulfillment time.
FULFILLMENT TIME
IMPORTANT: Purchases made during Black Friday are not subjec to our usual fulfillment time of 3-5 days. Please allow up to two weeks for your fabric to be shipped.
