Once fabrics have been cut and shipped, we cannot accept refunds, returns, or exchanges. Please contact us as soon as possible if you believe there has been a mistake or a defect with your item.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We do our best to photograph fabrics in natural lighting to ensure that the fabric color on screen is as close to the fabric color in real life. However, due to discrepancies in color on computer monitors and phone devices, we cannot guarantee that the color will be an exact match to what you see online.
If you are unsure about how a color may appear, we recommend ordering fabric samples in order to see the actual color, weight, and texture of a fabric up close.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
All sales are final. Fabrics that have already been cut or washed cannot be returned.
We cannot accept returns on sale items, fabric samples, or gift cards.
We do not accept exchanges for any of our products. If you mistakenly order an item and your order has not shipped, please email us as soon as possible at email@example.com, as we may be able to edit your order. Please note that we cannot edit orders that have already been shipped.
We do not accept exchanges for non-defective items that have been shipped.
If you have been accepted for a refund, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
Please be aware that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
