Most products are manufactured in Japan and shipped from KOKKA U.S.A. Inc. office in the United States.

Orders usually ship within 1-2 business days. During large-scale sales and holiday periods, orders will usually ship between 3-5 business days.

* Kokka Fabrics use USPS shipping, which has an average arrival time of 2-5 days from the day of shipment.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or order cancellations unless the delivered item is faulty.

We currently only ship to addresses in the United States (including Hawaii and Alaska) and Canada.

Unfortunately, in recent months, the cost of shipping has increased significantly. We ship via USPS, and on some occasions, we have absorbed up to $200 in shipping costs out of pocket for large orders destined for our Canadian customers.

In addition, the current rate for a medium size box is $$60.55. This is the same rate that all businesses must pay to ship to Canada.

This has made it difficult for us to continue offering our previous rates to Canada as we are still a small business.

We know that the new shipping rates are higher than what you're used to, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

We're working hard to find a more economical way to ship to Canada, and we hope to be able to offer more competitive rates in the future.

Some of these retailers also have an online store, which means you'll be able to purchase from them online with Canadian domestic shipping rates.

The standard width of the fabrics we carry is 43 inches, but some fabrics are wider than others. Please see the description of each product for exact dimensions.
