2. Fold the bottom end of the outer pocket and secure it with a clip.

3. Place the outer pocket on the center of the bottom end of the panel. Baste the piece on three sides.

4. Fold the tape in half and sew the center.

5. Layer the handles over the panel and sew together.

6. With the front sides facing each other, sew together the panels and bottom fabric.

7. Turn over the bottom to the front and apply stitches.

8. With the front sides facing each other, sew together the long ends of the outer and lining fabrics of the bottle holder.

9. Turn the piece from 8 inside out and apply stitches on the long end.

10. With the front sides facing each other, fold the inner pocket fabric in half. Sew all the way around, leaving an opening for turning. Cut off corner seam and turn the piece inside out. Apply stitches at the top opening.

12. With the front sides facing each other, fold the body outer fabric in half and sew both sides.

13. Make the gusset and cut off excess seam. Finish with zigzag stitches.

14. Repeat the same process for the lining fabric.

15. Fold the top opening of the outer bag and lining bag respectively for 1cm to the lining side. With the front sides facing outside, layer the bags and sew together around the top opening.
